• Both sides of the document were not uploaded

• The document details do not match your Scalapay profile

• You uploaded a photo of a photo, or the same photo as on the document

📸 Here's how to do it correctly:

✅ Take a clear, color photo of your ID: all details must be visible

✅ Don't take a photo of a screen or another photo

✅ Choose a well-lit place

✅ Turn off the flash to avoid glare

✅ Remove the document from any holder

✅ Make sure your Scalapay profile details match your ID

✅ Take a selfie of your face (not a photo of a photo, and your face must be fully visible)
