💳 How does installment payment work?

Your installments are automatically charged to the card you selected as your default card in your account 😊

🔍 How can I check which card is my default?

Go to the Account section: next to the default card, you will find the word 'Default'.

You can only have one default card at a time.

⏰ When are my installments charged?

Installments are charged monthly, as follows:

• 1st installment: at the time of purchase

• 2nd installment: after 1 month

• 3rd installment: after 2 months

• 4th installment: after 3 months (only if you chose to pay in 4 installments)

📌 How are the instalments charged?

Instalments are charged automatically to the selected payment method by midnight on the due date.

If you don't see the charge right away, no worries — this is completely normal. 😉 It may appear later in the evening.

❌ What happens if the payment fails?

If your default card declines the payment, the system will automatically try another card saved in your account 💡

If no card works (or you only have one), you'll receive an email 📬 notifying you.

You can then:

• Pay manually

• Or wait for a new automatic attempt in 48 hours

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Can I use someone else's card?

Yes, you can add cards not in your name, such as a family member's or friend's 🤝

Just note that you'll only be able to remove that card once all your installments are paid.
