📅 Where can I see my instalments?

Checking your instalments with Scalapay is super easy! 😄

Just log in to your account from this link or directly from the app 📲.

Once inside, go to the "Orders" section.

Here you'll immediately see an overview of what you still have to pay, broken down by month.

🔍 How to read the section

At the top, you'll see the total amount due and what you'll pay in the next months 📆

Below, the list of active orders with:

• 📦 Store name

• 📅 Order date

• 💶 Total and remaining instalments

• 🔎 The "View order" button for details

👉 Want to check past orders too?

Click on the dropdown where it says "To be paid" and select "Completed" ✔️

🧾 Instalment details

When you click on "View order", you'll see the full order details, including:

• Vendor name and order date

• Total order amount

• Payment plan with:

  • 📅 Due date of each instalment

  • 💸 Amount

  • ✅ Status: Paid, Scheduled, or To be paid
