How does the refund work with the Scalapay Virtual Card?

💡 Based on the refunded amount:

• Unpaid installments will be updated or canceled.

• Paid installments will be refunded, fully or partially.

⚠️ Where do I receive the refund? The refund is credited to the card you used to create the Virtual Card, not to the Virtual Card itself.

Once the refund is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email from Scalapay.

🛍️ Remember: orders, returns, and refunds are handled exclusively by the merchant, according to the timelines in their terms and conditions. As a payment intermediary, Scalapay has no visibility or control over these processes.
