You can pay with Scalapay online or in-store. In both cases, you'll need to create an account or log in if you're already registered.
Online Purchase with Virtual Card:
Go to the seller's website through the Scalapay app
Select the items you want
Click on "Pay with the Scalapay card"
Enter the amount corresponding to the total purchase and confirm it
Click on "Generate the Scalapay card" — the payment plan will be immediately available
Online Purchase Without Virtual Card:
Go to the merchant's website
Select the items you want
If you'd like to know how it works, click on "Learn more" next to the Scalapay logo
At checkout, after entering the delivery information, select Scalapay as the payment method
You will be redirected to the Scalapay website, where you will need to log in
You will be asked to choose the credit card to use for the installment payments. You can also add a new one
The installment plan will be displayed. If you're satisfied, click on "Pay now"
You will be redirected to the seller's website, where you will see the order confirmed
In-store Purchase with Virtual Card
(Available only for customers enrolled in Scalapay Club)
Open the Scalapay app and select the store you are in
Click on "Generate the card"
Enter the total amount of your purchase
Click on "Generate Scalapay card" and complete the purchase at checkout (you can pay via POS by bringing your phone close to the terminal — no need to inform the cashier you're paying with Scalapay)
In-store Purchase with Barcode:
Open the Scalapay app and select the store you are in
Click on "Generate barcode"
Enter the total amount of your purchase (only one third of the amount will be charged, or one fourth if you have chosen payment in 4 installments)
Click on "Create barcode" and complete the purchase in-store
